Hello! I’m Jane Cuthbertson, Marketing Pro and Business Consultant.
I am the founder and owner of BConsultingUK (a trading name of JC Consulting (Scotland) Ltd), a marketing consultancy business based in Stirling, Scotland.
My specialities are marketing transformation, business improvement and growth. I'm always keen to share my knowledge and experience to help
businesses succeed. Clients who work with me get help with developing and
implementing effective and efficient marketing solutions for sustained,
profitable business growth.
As a freelance independent consultant, I have a network of other business and marketing consultants that I draft in as expert support when your business needs it. That way my clients get the right marketing support as and when it's needed, without the hefty price tag.

Following my entrepreneurial spirit in my late teens, I ran my own business doing bespoke artificial and dried flower arrangements and taught piano in the evenings.
Fresh out of university, I landed a product marketing job with RBS, then a business development role with Norwich Union/Aviva, before joining Prudential where I have done a great variety of things - both as an employee and as a consultant. Over the last few years I’ve worked with a number of smaller businesses too, helping them with their marketing and business development.

A couple of highlights include annual sales (volume and value) targets for a new product launch being achieved within a few months and being the dedicated marketing manager supporting a top performing sales region. I’ve also reviewed and improved systems and processes, identified six-figure cost savings and ways to reduce speed to market.
I have been a Chartered Marketer since 2007 and have over 17 years’ experience delivering results driven marketing and business development solutions.
I hold the Chartered
Institute of Marketing (CIM) Postgraduate Diploma, the CAM Diploma in Digital Marketing and have a BA Hons degree in Marketing and Business
Law from the University of Stirling. I am also one of a select network
